VAQO's Terms of Service — the rules for using the platform, rights and obligations.

Welcome to VAQO (the "Service"), operated by Line Studio (Authorized Dealer No. 201052487) ("VAQO", "we"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you (the "User") and VAQO. Using the Service, registering, or purchasing a subscription means you fully accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
"Content" — any information, data, chart, AI analysis, message or other material in the Service. "Subscription" / "Premium" — the paid plan unlocking advanced features. "User Content" — content you post (including community messages).
2. Eligibility & age
Use is permitted from age 18 and requires that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. By using the Service you represent that you meet these conditions.
3. The service
VAQO provides market data, charts, news, momentum/risk scores, AI-powered insights, a stock screener, a portfolio advisor, community tools, portfolio tracking and alerts — for informational, educational and research purposes only.
4. Not investment advice
Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, investment marketing, tax advice, an offer or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. VAQO is not a licensed investment advisor. Every decision and reliance is your sole responsibility.
5. Your account
Registration uses email/password or a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and must provide accurate, complete and current information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Premium subscription & payments
The paid plan is available monthly (₪69) or annually (₪690), as detailed on the pricing page. Prices include VAT as required. Payment is processed by the Israeli processor SUMIT; card details are sent directly to SUMIT and are not stored on VAQO servers. A tax invoice is issued and emailed automatically after each charge.
7. Auto-renewal & cancellation
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly/annually) by standing order, unless cancelled. You may cancel renewal at any time from the account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and Premium access continues until then.
8. Cancellation & refunds
In line with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations, a distance transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction or receipt of the disclosure document. On such cancellation, payment is refunded less a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower. To request cancellation/refund, contact us via the contact page.
9. User content & license
By posting community content you grant VAQO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store and distribute it within the Service. You represent that you own the rights to the content and are solely responsible for it.
10. Prohibited use
Do not: abuse the Service; perform automated scraping/collection; bypass security; distribute malware; post unlawful, misleading, abusive, manipulative or market-inciting content; impersonate; or attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data.
11. Automated & AI content
Some content (including certain community messages, reviews, scores and AI-assistant responses) is generated automatically or with AI models, may contain inaccuracies, and does not reflect human opinion or a recommendation. Bot messages are labeled where feasible.
12. Intellectual property
VAQO's brand, name, logo, design, code and original content are protected by copyright and trademark. Market data belongs to its providers (e.g. Alpha Vantage, CoinGecko, exchanges) and is subject to their terms. No copying, reproduction or commercial use without permission.
13. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (detailed in the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or terms.
14. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAQO is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages, including financial losses, arising from use of the Service, reliance on content, data inaccuracy or service interruption.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify VAQO against any claim, damage or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Service.
16. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or parts of it at any time, and update features and prices, subject to law.
17. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the Service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed solely by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.
