Billing, renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. You can cancel renewal at any time from the account page, and Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Prices include VAT as required by law. Payment is processed by the Israeli provider SUMIT — card details go directly to them and are never stored on VAQO servers. A tax invoice is issued and sent automatically after each charge.
Under Israeli consumer protection law a distance sale may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction, less a cancellation fee of up to 5% of its value or ILS 100, whichever is lower.
