Stock Screener — Filter by Criteria

Screen stocks by sector, market cap, momentum, risk and AI signal — and find opportunities that fit your strategy.

What a stock screener does

A screener inverts the research question. Instead of looking up a stock you already know and checking it, you define a condition — sector, price range, risk level, momentum — and the system returns every security that meets it from a universe of roughly 14,000.

That is the difference between testing a hunch and generating a candidate list. Most private investors never screen, which is why the same ten names from the headlines get discussed over and over.

What you can filter on

VAQO combines conventional filters — sector, industry, price range, volume — with the model's own scores for momentum, risk and opportunity. Mixing the two is what produces a genuinely useful condition, such as names in one sector with strong momentum but moderate risk.

The three scores stay separate on purpose. A stock with strong momentum and high risk is not the same proposition as one with moderate momentum and low risk, even though an average would rate them alike.

How to read the results

A screen result is not a recommendation — it is a research shortlist. The next step is opening each name and finding out what sits behind the number: what the company does, what happened to it recently, and how it has traded over the past months.

Worth remembering that the model score rests on historical price behaviour. It does not know what the next earnings report holds, and its directional accuracy is 54.7% — barely better than a coin flip. The risk measure is considerably more dependable at 77.1%.
